Course Payment

Given the issues with potential participants not attending at the last minute denying others the opportunity to attend, it has become necessary to require all bookings for each field botany workshop to be accompanied by a 50% deposit payment 10 working days prior to each workshop.

Any withdrawal from the workshop after that time will result in the loss of the deposit. Full payment will be required 5 working days prior to the workshop with loss of the course fee is withdrawal occurs within 24 hours of the workshop as those on the waiting list typically cannot change their plans at such short notice and costs of preparation have already been incurred.
